I called the store and talk to the manager Crorie Le, not only i believe she game me the wrong name, but she was rude. She said that if i wanted my money back, that i had to drive to the store to get it.
I am going to write a corporate letter of complaint against the store and manager.

Tory is the "Manager" has the WORST customer service I have experienced in years. I waited TWO hours for a delivery that is 1 minute away. When I called to check my order she stated no one came to the door. I work at a leasing office and have been open since 10am. When i explained my discontent she said the only thing she could do is remake and resend my order. I asked her for her name and corporate number and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I am here, again waiting for my order and her only way of making the situation better is by removing a delivery fee-dispite the fact that I had to physically come to get my order. DONT EVER ORDER HERE! Tory needs some real training. She does not represent this establishment very well and should not be a leader with such poor service. I was denied a corporate office number as well as names of Management above her. Worst experience by far with Pizza Hut.
Listen!! I ordered online and I went to pick it up and the "manager" gave my pizza away! My fiance still paid and was waiting. She offerd a 5$ credit. I told her that wasn't enough because I'm still buying the pizza that should've taken 20 minutes is now 30 minutes!! Long story short I got my money back and no pizza.
Ordered a pizza with comments to bring red crashed peppers, pizzas came with wrong toppings and no red pepper.

Okay at first I was very disappointed in the service bc I couldn't get in touch through the call center shenanigans and I rated them poorly! Now I that I went to the actually store I give them a 5+ stars because the service is actually very friendly and understanding there. I explained my troubles getting in touch about a bad pizza I received and he handled it with out an argument. Thank you NICK! I enjoyed this new fresh pizza I got in replacement of the bad one.
