Actually cooked and delivered 2 burnt pizzas and thought it was over baked but not that bad. So I just avoid them without hesitation.
Took my pizza to the wrong address. How Sway ? How ?! ... took it to a COMPLETELY different apartment complex. Yes they’re two apartment complexes on the same street but NO they don’t share the same address so how did Willie manage to screw that up beats me ! Didn’t bother to call and CLARIFY and all KT (The manager) could say was “Ok”. No apology. ... whet?! Gimme my pizza and my money. I’ll be taking my chances with Little Caesar’s from now on.
Staff was rude. This girl picks up the phone puts me on hold, starts gossiping then I guess when she realized that she hadn't put me on hold hung up the phone. Then I called 3 more times yesterday 07/11/17 around 5 pm, she kept on hanging up on me.Then I called back to tell her how rude she was and she was like "okay" ma'am we are busy. So I went to Pizza Hut to order some pizza.
This store is ALWAYS late. Doesn't matter what day or time. Not late 5 mins or so, 40 minutes late. I've called each time and been given the same excuse, they're really busy. If youre busy then update the delivery times so people know. This as what Jamaal tried to tell me they can't update the delivery times (which I've seen done) and then said I'm supposed to call the store for ACTUAL delivery time. Food arrives cold some times. Last time they were 40 mins late and I refused to pay for it, so the DRIVER TOOK IT BACK. Who does that? Screw this store.
Website difficult to order specials. No delivery due to short staff. But good food.
