After dealing with the hell of customer service i finally went to the spot itself and actually got what i was told. This company is so bassackwards but this location has its stuff together and the cars are top notch.

They wanted $300 for a deposit plus the cost of the rental truck plus tried to make purchase their insurance. This is a privately owned one not corporate..beware
As of 07/11/17 I have rented from this location 4-5 times this year alone. Never had a problem with this location before today. I usually take photos of the vehicle and gas before dropping the keys in the drop box, but on 7/09/17 I was beat & ready to go home. Didn't take the pictures because I had developed a trust with the staff & company. My total deposit was $312 rental amount $228.01 the return amount to me was to be $83.99. On 7/11/17 I wake up and check my account & Budget has taken $32.70 out of my account for gas when clearly they owe me. My husband always return our rentals on a full tank of gas always. I reached out to Budget on Thornton where I rent from & the young lady tells me I have to bring my receipts in to show I put $65 dollars in the rental which WAS RETURNED VERY EARLY ON A FULL TANK & talk with the manager named Chris
